Following the ideals of our founder Maria Love: We are a bridge to independence providing immediate financial assistance to the people of Erie County with convalescent care needs.
The purpose of the Board of Directors is to sustain the mission of our founder through our commitment to service and fostering name recognition and understanding in the community. We rely on the many talents of our board members to serve, innovate, and collaboration to reach our common goals.

Executive director
Nancy B. stevens
Nancy served on the Maria M. Love Convalescent Fund Board for 7 years prior to accepting the Executive Director position. Her advocacy for the Fund and its mission resonates throughout the community. As a board member, Nancy was actively involved in membership recruitment, fundraising, and chaired the Charity Ball. Nancy has lived all over the world, and is very happy to be back serving her home town. Nancy was a teacher at Nardin Academy for many years and is active in many community based organizations.
